While the location is fantastic, allowing easy access to two tube stations and local eateries, the room was disappointingly small and lacked proper cleaning. Service varied. some staff were friendly, but a smile was often missing from reception. a mixed experience with room for improvement.

The hotel has an amazing Edwardian charm, with a beautiful theater bar on the ground floor. My wife and I enjoyed sipping cocktails while soaking in the historical features. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home, and the location can't be beat.
My kids wished there was a playground within the hotel facilities.

Had a lovely three-night stay with my family, enjoying the spacious deluxe twin room and a refreshing swim in the pool. The only hiccup was that our bathroom had a bit of a sewage smell initially, but the staff promptly changed our room which was super helpful. I'd recommend bringing your own snacks since the options nearby can be a bit limited! 😊

Room sizes felt cramped, with some awkward layouts!!! Noise levels from street activities were disruptive!!! Maintenance could use more attention, as furnishings felt outdated and not well-kept!!!

I found the entrance decorated with flowers. The receptionist made me feel at home right away. My family enjoyed the club room with a double bed and a sofa bed. The location was convenient for visiting central attractions. I look forward to returning soon.
The room had some cleanliness issues. The breakfast options were limited.

Request a room on a higher floor for better light and quieter surroundings compared to the basement.

First off, the breakfast was surprisingly delish with plenty of options to fuel your adventures! Plus, the location is a gem – just a hop from Hyde Park and buzzing local eateries like Curry Palace and Rosa's Thai Cafe, perfect for a culinary exploration.
On the flip side, our room was a squeeze, with a tiny bed that felt dwarfed by the surroundings. Plus, the noisy walls meant we got more of London’s nightlife than we bargained for.

The interior carries a stunning Victorian charm that transports you to another era. Proximity to Hyde Park brings a sense of tranquility, and the bright breakfast rooms are appealing for a lovely start to the day.
Room size felt cramped. the so-called 'superior' rooms appeared smaller than expected. Shower arrangements were less than ideal, with a narrow screen creating splash concerns, and I found the heating inconsistent, making it uncomfortable during colder nights. Additionally, the decor in the room showed signs of wear, with chipped furnishings and dim lighting affecting the overall atmosphere.
